We have some exciting news to share. Ketra has been acquired by Lutron, an established leader in lighting controls and shades with a rich history in manufacturing excellence. This is a massive step towards our mission to reimagine light for built spaces. Pairing Ketra's innovative lighting technology with Lutron's world-class controls and shades will bring exciting and new possibilities to our team and our customers.

What happens to the Ketra brand?
We continue to operate as a distinct brand and product offering underneath the Lutron umbrella. Our brand headquarters remains based in Austin, Texas.
When should I expect things to change?
We’re already hard at work to combine the best of Ketra’s lighting technology with Lutron’s world class engineering and product line. We will continue to keep you posted as we roll out new and updating offerings.
What happens to my existing orders?
We continue to support all ongoing production and shipments with no interruption.
