Revoking Access Permissions

For security reasons, you may decide to deauthorize an account’s access to an installation file. This will remove the file from the user’s Existing Installations list, ensuring that they cannot access it to make changes.

Only Ketra Tech Support can revoke access permissions for a Design Studio account. You can reach us Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, CST. Call 1-512-872-4357, or email ketrasupport@lutron.com.

Note: You can also remove an installation from your account using the Customer Web Portal. However, the installation will not be removed from Design Studio until you log out and log back in.
