Installation Conditions
☐ All Ketra products are installed in their intended fixtures and power is applied.
☐ All Ketra products are energized and operating. Light is emitting from lamps and luminaires, keypads are backlit, and N3 and N4 indicator lights are on.
☐ Visual diagnostic colors have been cleared. (Ketra fixtures should power on to a default white state. If any power on to a different color, they were most likely installed incorrectly. A table of diagnostic colors and their meanings can be found in the respective products’ installation guides.)
☐ If you detect an error in the installation conditions, contact service@ketra.com immediately.
N3 Satellites
☐ Integration wiring (if applicable) matches Ketra submittal. Wires of the expected color are connected to the correct ports.
Documentation (If Applicable)
☐ N4, N3, and X2 product serial numbers have been noted on RCP and in the Satellite key provided in the submittal.
☐ Occupancy, vacancy, and daylight sensors marked on RCP, including physical location and intended control zones.
☐ Ketra-controlled third-party loads are marked on RCP indicating physical location.
☐ All documentation for wiring and implementation of non-Ketra loads is available for reference.
☐ Network credentials have been documented for any N4 installation.
Note: Internet connection is not required for the computer or the N4s. However, the computer must be able to connect to the N4s’ LAN (Local Area Network), either by Wifi or by hardwire connection to the N4s’ router.
