Changing Account Information

Use my.goketra to change your account name, email, or password.

1. In your web browser, navigate to https://my.goketra.com/users/edit.
2. Log in if prompted.
3. Use the same Ketra account information you use to log in to Design Studio.
4. Make the desired changes.
5. Enter your current password and click Update.
